Return and Refund Policy

At Studio Football Shirts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn and returned neatly packaged.
• Items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
• Personalised or custom shirts cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

How to Return

1. Contact us via our contact page or by email to register your return.
2. Send the item back neatly packaged to our return address.
3. Keep your proof of postage until the return has been processed.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Right of Withdrawal As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with European consumer law.
